The major mission of Bandari College Library is to provide high quality information services, which support teaching, learning, research, and consultancy services to the community.
It plays a vital role in the local learning community by working in partnership with other information providers. We strive to ensure that students, academic staff, and other members of the College community have the necessary resources and materials for meeting their information needs at every level of their educational pursuit. We endeavour to further improve all our efforts to facilitate right information to the right user at the right time.
The Bandari College Library serves students, staff, academic staff and administrators of the college by providing access to a variety of services and resources that support and strengthen the instructional programs of the college and educational needs of the community.
In addition to materials located in the library, it provides access to the internet and computer service to enrolled student at Bandari College.
Other services include:
- Lending Services: Any Bandari College staff may borrow library material.
- User training: The library conducts Information Literacy sessions to enable users effectively exploit the resources available. Users are trained in searching skills, accessing and evaluating information sources be arranged on request.
- Reading and studying facilities.
